Field walk, equipment demonstrations, farmer-baker-miller panel; integrated food hub and nourishment economy talks. Sunday July 21, 8:30-2:30. Speakers include Nanna Meyer of Pueblo Seed & Food (tentative), Ron Boyd of La Villita Farms, Dylan Sparks of Poppy Ridge Bakery, and Buck Johnston of Earth L.A.W.S.

Team work on the pedal thresher gets the job DONE!!! A giant shout of gratitude to all of our outstanding volunteers who helped clean the last bits of our grain trials. We’re dispersing these rare heritage grain seeds to those willing to grow out seed quantities to share forward with the goal of an increased seed supply and grain supply for consumption here in Northern New Mexico.

Volunteers needed to clean small seed quantities from our grain trials. With your help we can pass on these rare seeds to other farmers willing to increase seed supply. This is hands on work so dress appropriately for outdoors. Bring a simple dish to share plus personal water and snacks.
Please register ahead of time.
