Grain Day in the Field

Join the Rio Grande Grain team in the grain field at beautiful La Villita Farms north of Alcalde, NM. You will learn about the human and environmental health benefits of heritage grains and sample delicious breads and treats made with the grains we grow.

Learn about how grains are grown, see how they are harvested, cleaned, and milled into nutritious whole grain flours and then taste the difference.
